Visit a Dermatologist

If you have an issue with your hair, such as dandruff, grey hair or hair-fall then you really need to address the problem and consult a dermatologist who will help you to treat them with the best possible treatment as well as products.

Intake of Healthy Diet

A healthy diet is really important for healthy skin as well as beautiful hair. Consult a dietician which will suggest changes or additions to your diet to maintain your health. There are some food items that are great for hair that includes fish, walnuts, eggs, spinach, and lentils etc. Also, vitamins C and E, cashews, whole milk, beans etc will also help to prevent hair fall.

Stay away from Heated Treatments

It is strictly advised to avoid the use of excessively heated treatments such as dryers, curlers and straighteners. If you really wanted to go for it then use a heat protecting serum prior to such usage.

Oiling of Hair

Your hair really needs nourishment and oiling is the best way to do it. Do it once a week, usually for overnight using coconut hair oil or sesame oil. They will help to make your hair thick, black and shiny.

These tips are very easy to try and will surely help you to maintain the health of hair even after the wedding.
