It is also advised to legs crossed on straight out and try walking with a book on your head for a better walk. Repeat this for 10 to 15 days to look taller and graceful.

Stick to an Exercise regime to look perfect

If you want to lose some weight in 1 month then these simple exercises can do wonders for you… Just do 2 minutes each of the following exercises:

  • Walking/jogging on stairs
  • Squats
  • Knee lifts, jogging on the spot and press ups
  • Press up with dips with the help of a sturdy chair
  • Planks or sit ups (30 seconds of planks and 12 sit-ups. Repeat.)

Also give your body rest for 30 seconds to a minute between each of the above mentioned exercises.

Also keep increasing the timings or the number of the sessions of these exercises.

Alternatively, if you’re an outdoor person then go for walk for 20 minutes two days a week for the first 2 weeks. Increase that to 30 minutes two days a week for week 3 and 4. In the last 2 weeks, increase it to 40 minutes.

Eat right

Besides a good exercise regime, you need to eat right too. Here are some tips for that too…
